Cilantro is a very popular and easy to grow herb. The leaves are parsley-like, yet are spicier than regular parsley. These aromatic and flavorful seeds are used in potpourri and to flavor pastries, salad dressings and meats.
Garden Tip: Cut Cilantro leaves when they are 4-6" tall. Gather seeds as they ripen. May be used whole or crushed.
