Shipping and Handling Info

How we ship: Pre-orders for fall planted bulbs begins in September. We will begin shipping pre-orders in mid-September according to Hardiness Zones in the sequence in which they were received.

Normally we ship via USPS or FedEx Ground, and most orders will take about 3-5 business days after they leave our warehouse for you to receive them. We will email you a tracking number after your order has been shipped.

It is important that you supply us with a physical street address (not a P.O. Box).

Spring Planting Shipping info: We will begin shipping most spring-planted bulbs beginning in Mid-March, and will ship based on the best time to plant in your zone. The shipping schedule for those orders is listed below. If you need your bulbs shipped earlier or later than the date listed, please contact Customer Service at 1-866-688-9547 at least 5 business days advance of that date. Packages will ship FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail (3-5 business days). If you need 1-day or 2-day air delivery, please contact us for a price quote based on your order and location.

**We cannot guarantee the shipment of spring bulbs before March 17, in exception to Begonias and Caladiums.

Fall Planting Shipping info: We typically begin accepting pre-orders for fall planted items in early June. Once our products are received from Holland and our warehouse is reset for the fall shipping season (approximately mid-September), we begin shipping these fall bulbs, starting with the pre-orders. Once our warehouse has fulfilled all of our pre-orders, we begin shipping current orders within a 3-5 business day turnaround time. Indoor growing items (such as amaryllis) begin shipping in early November.

If you need your bulbs shipped earlier or later than listed above please contact customer service at 1-800-689-2852. 1-day and 2-day air delivery services are available, please contact us for a price quote based on your order and location. If you need your bulbs by a specific date you must let us know at least 5 business days in advance for standard shipping.

We cannot guarantee the shipment of fall bulbs before September 18 in exception to Bearded Iris. We do have wedding tulips available for shipping starting in Mid August, please contact us for more information.
