Shipping Carriers & Timeline
We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx. All orders ship out based on the shipping schedules displayed below by season and zone. Once orders leave our facility, they take about 3-5 business days in transit for you to receive them. Upon shipment, we will email you a tracking number the same day for you to monitor the status while in transit. *Note: It is important that you supply us with a physical street address (please do not supply us with a P.O. Box).

We begin shipping spring planted bulbs beginning in mid-March, and ship based on the best time to plant in your zone. The shipping schedule for all spring orders are shown in the chart. If you need your bulbs shipped earlier or later than the dates listed, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-689-BULB (2852) at least 5 business days in advance of the scheduled shipping date about availability. If you need 1-day or 2-day air delivery, please contact us for a price quote based on your order and location.
**We cannot guarantee the shipment of spring bulbs before March 17, in exception of Begonias and Caladiums.

We typically begin accepting pre-orders for fall planted items in early June. Once our products are received from Holland and our warehouse is reset for the fall shipping season (approximately mid-September), we begin shipping these fall bulbs, starting with the preorders. Once our warehouse has fulfilled all of our preorders, we begin shipping current orders within a 7-10 business day turnaround time. Indoor growing items (such as amaryllis) begin shipping in early November.
If you need your bulbs shipped earlier or later than listed above please contact customer service at 1-800-689-2852. 1-day and 2-day air delivery services are available as well; please contact us for a price quote based on your order and location. If you need your bulbs by a specific date you must let us know at least 5 business days in advance for standard shipping.
We cannot guarantee the shipment of fall bulbs before September 18 in exception to bearded iris. We do have wedding tulips available for shipping starting in mid-August; please contact us for more information.

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards when ordering over the phone or online from our website. All customers must provide us with valid credit card information including billing name and address, type of credit card, card number and expiration date. We do accept business checks and purchase orders for larger orders placed over phone.
