Mixed Astilbe Value Bag

When I received the plants I was sceptical the bare roots would survive. Was pleasantly surprised after planting and watering them intermittently for a week they developed into nice green healthy plants!

Plants arrived in good condition and thrived once planted and look great in their full shade location.

The astilbe plants were all large with a good root system. I have set out in the flower beds and all are growing.

Tried out a mixed bag. While still in their first season, all the provided roots sprouted and a barren patch is now a budding home to astilbe. Will need to see what their blooms later look like, but as is their leaves are developing well.

Holland always comes through in a timely, competent manner. Plants (roots) arrive in good condition ready to plant. Now, if I could just keep the squirrels from digging them up!
