These gorgeous, white crocus are quite courageous, often coming up while the snow is still on the ground! The winter-defying flowers of the 'Jeanne d'Arc' Crocus have glossy pure white petals with a slight hint of purple at the base which surround beaming yellow stamen in the center. They stand quite upright and are great for naturalizing in grassy lawn areas or woodlands. These crocus are wonderfully priced for this "yard sale"!

    Bulbs in December !

I planted these guys in December, as I was late to the game of gardening ! I look forward to seeing if they bloom this Spring ! The bulbs arrived healthy and in great condition. I planted them around a large Maple tree that tends to have bare earth beneath it . I figured that bulbs that bloom before the tree awakens would be a solution at least in the Spring !! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 , because I have not yet seen if the bulbs will bloom this Spring !
