Waltham Butternut is one of the most popular varieties of squash. Very uniform 8-10" fruits have thick, cylindrical necks and a very small seed cavity. Rind is a creamy tan, and the yellow-orange flesh has delicious sweet and nutty flavors. Heavy-yielding plant.
Garden Tip: Allow to remain on the vine until mature (skin will be hard).
