Homemade Herb Kit- Relax Mix Tea Herbs

The Homemade Tea Herbs kit has everything you need to grow your own blend of tea for relaxation. Included in the kit are 3 boxes that each have their own soil disc and different herb seeds as well as growing instructions for each herb. You can grow the herbs in these specially made boxes! Add water to the soil disc, add the seeds to the moistened soil, and you are ready to grow your own herbs!

Homemade Tea Herbs Relaxation Includes the following herbs:

• Mint Herbs- Not only does this aromatic herbal tea soothe your stomach, but it can benefit your entire digestive system.
  

• Anise Hyssop- This aromatic herbal tea, with its mild sedative effect is treasured for its ability to benefit your entire digestive system. It can be drunk pure or add some leaves to your black tea.
  
• Camomille- This tea with its mild sedative effects is treasured for its ability to relieve insomnia and encourage a good nights sleep.

Once herbs have grown they will need to be dried prior to using them for your tea leaves.
