Andorra Fragrant Hyacinth

I ordered 3 bags of these. The first 2 bags just came with beautiful, shimmery purple bulbs! They look great and are already potted up for Christmas! I’m excited for the gorgeous color and scent!

Beautiful, healthy, and oh so fragrant. Silly me, I thought their name was more a marketing move than a true description. Thankfully I was wrong. Every time the air moves, I catch a waft of the beautiful scent, which is not overly sweet or perfumey, just perfectly spring-filled.

And the color is a rich purple that looks stunning with the Gipsy Queen hyacinths.

I can't wait to plant everything I ordered. Everything looks in great shape. Might I suggest adding a warning sheet to the top of orders containing hyacinth about the possibility of skin irritation? I was just going through the box, having forgotten what I read when I ordered, when my skin started itching/burning. Good thing for cortisone cream

The bulbs that were sent to me were healthy looking and some were really impressive in size. Everything was packaged well, I can't wait until things to warm up to see these things bloom and enjoy their sight/smell!
