Valentine Red Bleeding Heart

I purchased two bleeding heart plants from Holland Bulb Farms. Bleeding Hearts were my mother's favorite. The plants delivered quickly, were a good size, healthy and ready to plant. In the weeks following the planting, both plants were producing new foliage. I am very pleased with the Bleeding Hearts and would highly recommend Holland Bulb Farms for any of my planting needs.

This was a gift it won’t bloom this year, but my goodness the foliage is striking.

Thought it was gone. But it bloomed nicely 2nd year.

My root arrived with a little bit of pale growth and I planted it right away. It now has a couple inches of healthy growth. I will probably have to wait until next year to find out how red the flowers really are. I am a happy customer.

I have been looking for hardy red bleeding hearts for quite some time to go along with my fuscia. These arrived well packaged and took off quickly after being planted. One of the two has bloomed and I'm looking forward to see how well they do through this season and next.
