I planted two of these bulbs in the middle of April. They both sprouted and grew, but didn’t get very big. I didn’t think they’d end up blooming, but both of them did at the same time today. The flowers are a pale peach-pink color and are beautiful. Hopefully as the years go on, the plant will get bigger and produce more blooms. There is only one bud on each plant.
Too early for blooms on newly planted tubers, so this review isn’t helpful. All plants in package potted and came up.
Arrived in great shape. Have these bulbs from HBF before and the are always beautiful. Can't get enough.
Roots were small when they arrived and the first year they didn't do much of anything so I waited to review. Second year, they are doing well with lots of blooms. I like how tall the scapes are compared to the foliage. The only reason I give it 4 stars is that compared to other companies I've bought from, the roots were not as robust and it took awhile to bring them to life. But they are beautiful!
The bulbs looked fine, I've planted them. Too early to evaluate, they will flower for me soon, I think.
