Sprite Pink Astilbe will work well in borders, as a mass planting or even as a cut flower. They are very easy to grow and will grow and bloom even during the hot summers! Just give them a drink every once in a while and they will grow healthy and strong. Astilbe will grow from 20-30" tall and loves the shade and partial shade.

Pros:
  • growing bigger and bigger
  • very healthy
  • perfect for a shady garden
Cons:
  • none
The pink astilbe plants are delightful to watch grow. Some pink blossoms are growing up above the greenery and some pink blossoms are tucked closer to the greenery. The astilbe plants are unusual and beautiful.

Roots were in good condition and began growing right after I planted them. Leaves were still small for the first season but the plants were definitely establishing themselves and I look forward to blooms next year.

Even though I planted these late in the season they are growing so well. I don’t think they will bloom this year.. but certainly look like they will be healthy next season

These astilbe arrived bare root, and I planted them he day after they arrived. They have shot up through the dirt and look to be very healthy and happy! I don't usually like bare root, but these are winners!
