Cherry Blossom Zinnias are definitely a showstopper offering a bright red bloom to a garden bed or container. Blooms have 4-5" inch wide flowers that are an excellent pollinator plant attracting bees and butterflies. Zinnias are native to Mexico and thrive in full sun conditions during the heat of the Summer. Zinnias are good cut flowers and bloom times are long lasting during Summer.
Garden Tip: When harvesting zinnia flowers for arrangements, cut stems to desired size by cutting just above a leaf node or bud to encourage new blooms on the remaining stem.
