Oregano- Oregano is an important culinary herb used for the flavor of its leaves, which can be more flavorful when dried than fresh. Oregano has an aromatic, warm and slightly bitter taste, which can vary in intensity. When cooking with Oregano it can be used in pizza, lamb, vegetables, stuffings, and egg dishes. Fresh oregano is antibacterial and contains plenty of vitamin K, vitamin E, manganese, calcium and tryptophan. Dried oregano is also beneficial to your health, but over time may lose some of it's health benefits.

Dill- The smoky flavor of dill tastes great with grilled fish, chicken or pork. When grilling with dill marinate the meat with the dill leaf then put three or four dried dill heads and stalks on the fire just before you are ready to grill. Dill can also be used in baked fish dishes, potato dishes and salads.
