This magical duo contains an Inca Gold Rush Alstroemeria along with an Inca Magic Alstroemeria both pre-potted in a 3-4" grower pot, ready to grow! Inca Gold Rush is a bright yellow blooms that pairs perfectly with the creamy white blooms with yellow and purple markings of the Inca Magic variety.
Alstroemeria have long lasting blooms are perfect to use as cut flowers and are often used in wedding bouquets and arrangements. This low, growing, mounding plant works well as a border plant and is excellent in containers. Alstroemeria are Winter hardy in zones 7+ but can be planted as an annual in colder climates to zone 4. Alstroemeria work best in containers with rich, fertile, moist but well-drained soil in part sun. Hot, full afternoon sun can tend to burn leaves and dry soil can cause them to go dormant. For best results, the ideal temperatures are 50-60 F but can withstand occasional temperatures up to 75 F. Be sure to protect from frost. If temperatures dip below 40, Alstromeria can be brought in and kept as a houseplant in bright, indirect sunlight.
