Earliglow Strawberry

I’ve ordered from Holland Bulb before and have been very pleased with the plants I received. This time there was a problem, though. I received my strawberries and potted them up in my greenhouse. We had a weird late cold snap, and I’m guessing some of them froze during shipping. Whatever the reasons, almost half of them didn’t grow. The ones that did grow look great! I called Customer Service and they, without question, issued me a credit for the plants that didn’t grow. I will definitely order from them again. It’s nice when a company honors their guarantee!

Received bare root plants a week ago which was the perfect time for planting. 7 of 10 have already put on new growth (one was dug up by a local stray cat and needed replanting). Other 2 look living just a little slower so hopefully they pick up as the temps warm.

I created a strawberry garden and I am patiently waiting for it to grow. Plants came with nice roots. They are starting to grow. They will be a great addition to my harvest. My mom had a strawberry garden and I can’t wait to bring back childhood memories!

Earliglow Strawberry

My roots took off! I never really expect much from first year strawberry plants. However, the entire order of strawberry plants came to life with strong healthy leaves. And thanks to VERY prolific runners, my strawberry garden will be full of sweet berries next year. I'll update my review after I harvest my first solid batch of berries.
