A remarkable work of art, the Vanguard Crocus is a unique bicolored variety that is one of the first large crocus varieties to bloom in Spring! Each blossom has 6 petals with the inner petals a beautiful lavender/blue color paired with more pale lavender/silver petals. The grass-like foliage features a white/silver stripe down the center adding to the visual appeal. Crocus bulbs easily adapt to well-drained or lightly most soil and perform best in full to partial sun. Plant as a border or in masses in lawns, under trees or in rock gardens.
