This bare root peony has not grown as well as the mixed bag I purchased, but I'm hoping for the best! The blooms will be worth the wait.

When received the peony root eyes were over-grown. In order to protect the eyes from the sun, I created a tent of burlap around the peony. The exposed eyes slowly hardened and greened up. The burlap was removed. It was able to tolerate the sun and grew nicely.

It is obviously in its baby plant phase so no blooms but happy with the health of the root i got.
