Slow start, but it looks like these will be okay. Can't wait!

I bought them off season because of landscaping work being done. I planted them late, and in the heat of a Colorado summer and still, all but 3 came up. I look forward to seeing how they survive the winter and return next spring.

I purchased a lot this year, some planted a bit late. Almost all came up and are mostly healthy in 4 locations. The ones that got the least water did not do as well as the ones that got regular, like every other day watering. All had similar clay/thick compost mix soil. First year the tallest are 24".

Received bulbs from Holland they were fat and healthy.
