This is my second time to try to grow rhubarb here in eastern Tennessee. We moved from Ohio 5 years ago, where it never was a challenge. I am growing these new tubers from Holland Bulb in the north side of my home in 100% composted horse manure. My are they happy!!! In a couple of years we will have rhubarb again. Great plants!!! My mother was right… she told me as a child people always grew rhubarb behind the carriage house, next to the manure pile.

I have purchased rhubarb before from other places and had no luck at all growing it here in zone 9 (Florida). I got these and planted them and they are growing beautifully!!!

Still waiting to be able to harvest- I suspect next spring I should see something.

Am very happy with my plants. They were packaged with much care & wrapped nicely. They grew nicely, excellent quality & price.

I love rhubarb and was really looking forward to a garden full in the coming years. Unfortunately only 2 out of the 3 plants lived even though I followed all the instructions and planted them all the same way.
