Dr. Ruppel arrived in excellent condition and is now sprouting new vine in my garden. A+ to Holland Bulb's staff and the shipping company.

My 3 plants were a little banged up by the post office. 2 others were pretty good but this one appeared to be dying and only had one tiny leaf after a couple of days. I wrote Holland Bulb Farms and provided pics of the plant (in case it died) hoping they'd replace it if it did die. But they refunded me before I even asked. I continued to baby the plant and it now has leaves after 5 weeks or so. No flowering yet, but it lived and I did business with a fantastic company.
