The begonias are planted and already starting to flower after just a few weeks. Looking forward to these beauties. Plants are very healthy.

Was missing a few in box but from what I Received that got planted right away I have about 75 percent that have leaves but no flowers yet. I hope they bloom before I need to store them for winter. Got reimbursement for missing items.

I recently purchased the Dahlia value offer . I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the Dahlia's started to grow. I followed all of the instructions included on the website and I had almost instant success. Very rewarding.

I bought this mystery box in honor of my mom. I always thought they were too much work for my zone, but since they were one of her favorites I thought I would give them a go. Since I never had them before, I thought I could put 5-6 plants per pot. I was shocked when they came to see the planting directions recommended one plant per pot. That was way more than I ever anticipated! I ended up getting together 18 pots for the regular dahlias and 2 big tubs with 6 each of the Unwin dahlias. I ended up getting 27/30 dahlias to grow. Two Unwin and one Elga didn’t grow. I thought Unwin dahlias are supposed to be dwarf. I don’t know what happened, but two of the plants in the Unwin mix are now the biggest plants of the entire lot. They got so big I had to scramble to put more pots together and transfer out the others as they were getting crowded out. I now have 27 pots of dahlias growing. I am pretty happy with the success rate, but at this time I’m thinking this product should have never been sold to me this late in the year. Right now about 1/3 of the plants are starting to bud. I don’t know how long they will take to open, but we are quickly running out of time. At this point, even if some do actually bloom I won’t have very long at all to enjoy them which is extremely disappointing after all the work to get them this far. I will then have to hope to successfully winter them over and hope I might actually get to enjoy them next year. I suppose I should have done more research, but I viewed you as the experts and didn’t think you would sell me something that more that likely wouldn’t be able to reach maturity before frost. The dahlias did arrive timely and in decent condition (A LOT of breakage). Even though they all didn’t grow I would still highly recommend this item to dahlia lovers.
