Most unusual! Has 3 buds! The first one is blooming now and 2nd and 3rd one are growing.

I couldn't believe these bulbs would flower without any water or care other than putting them in a bright room but they did! I bought one for myself and one more for each of my best friends. One of my friends actually got two separate flowering stems on hers but the other friend's bulb actually died. I can't imagine what happened to his bulb because I saw the start of the growth in the photo he sent me. I can only guess that the room was too cold? Anyway, I would recommend this bulb. It has been very fun to watch it grow and the flowers are very beautiful.

I bought two of these, one for me and one for a friend for Christmas. Mine bloomed beautifully.

I've never tried the waxed amaryllis before, so decided to buy some this year. I love them! There's no worry about watering, the blooms are gorgeous - the most I've ever had! - and the waxed bulbs added a bit more color & flair to my holiday centerpieces. I will definitely reorder next year!

What a great gift to give and receive. It is so much fun watching it change day to day and then be surprised when it blooms again and again
