Great service from Holland Bulb Farms. They sent my order when promised, provided viable bulbs, and followed through on their promises. Will continue to be a loyal customer.

This is my first season growing dahlias ever. I put the tubers in the ground because my area was having 78-84 degree days. Then of course we got a late season cold snap. I mulched heavily and am happy to report all of the dahlias from this group are growing and doing quite well.

Cons:
The three tubers looked great when I planted them this spring. Two of the three have thrived in the ground, the other stopped growing and looked sickly around 4 inches tall. They are just starting to bloom now, and the color is not the salmon I had ordered but a more pink-purple shade. They are still pretty and I'm happy with them, just not exactly what I expected.

Tubers arrived in good shape. Sprouted within days once I planted them and are producing buds after only about 4 weeks. I'll have flowers in June!
