So I reviewed these in August as a 1 star! This company never posted it. The roots I received crumbed in my hands when I touched them. The roots were obviously dead so I requested a replacement. It was late in season so none available. Hassle with refund. The whole experience was negative. I had ordered $400 in roots and bulbs- 1/2 were questionable quality…they had to resend replacements which weren’t good either. But I went ahead (why I’m not sure) and ordered an Amaryllis from them. Waxed with a sock- white - umm nope it bloomed RED! This company’s quality sucks!!! Sad to say that’s been my experience and customer service is stuck handling the mess. No MORE!
