The pencil that comes with the tags does not fade off. There are instructions to leave it in the sun 1 hour to cure. I did this and have had no issue with writing coming off!!!

These plant labels are a great size, durable, and very professional looking. I like to avoid plastic whenever possible in the garden, so these metal labels are a great substitute. I highly recommended them.

These stakes are great! They are a great size and come with a grease pencil to use to make the labels. I plan on buying more!
