I was pretty skeptical at first, because I’ve never heard of a plant growing from just light. But, I realize now the process and it is so cool. I’ve had my amaryllis plant for about six weeks now, and it is almost ready to bloom. It’s about 18 inches high and I haven’t had to do a thing. It looks like there’s going to be at least three flowers on each bowl or each stem, and they already look like they’re gonna be gorgeous. I’m very three Real. In fact, I got one for my mother-in-law and for my mother for Christmas, so they can enjoy watching it bloom and look beautiful for Valentine’s Day.

I gave quite a few for gifts. Then realized I did not have one for me! I received it quickly like all the others. I am looking at it now and there is a big red bud on it. Can’t wait until it opens. I have never received so much thanks for any gift I have given. The price was so reasonable. I know what I will be gifting next year.

This bulb is great. It needs no water and no container. These are great gifts for friends.

I purchased this for myself at first and it was so exciting to be able to watch this bulb bud and bloom! I purchased more as gifts for my office workers who don't have green thumbs and they were adored and the blooms greatly admired! Beautiful red blossoms that last a while! Will be purchasing more this fall!
