I received this at the end of February and I've been watching it grow everyday. It's now about 7 in tall and everyday I check on it to watch its progress. I have given given these as gifts for years but never ever purchased one for myself. I am enjoying the experience.

Gave the waxed amaryllis to a friend. One bud opened and many more are on the way. It's a beautiful deep red.

Best gift to give at Christmas! Almost zero maintenance for non-gardeners. Instead of Christmas cards this year, I sent twelve of these waxed amyrillis to friends and family. They all said how cheerful it is to watch the growth and enjoy the fabulous blooms.

I received mine as a Christmas gift and absolutely loved it. Just had to send to a friend for her birthday and she loves hers. Large and several blooms were amazing!!!

Will be purchasing another one for daughter and daughter-in-laws birthdays soon. Such a great idea!!!! And amazing!!
