This horseradish root took a few weeks to sprout but I have already harvested the first leaves for pickled cucumbers. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I am amazed at the growth of this horseradish root. Excellent addition to my perennial veggie garden. I read that the roots spread and multiply quickly. I will keep this contained. I've had for 2 weeks and it's growing.

Decided to add horseradish to my edible garden this year. The root has several tall leaves now, and looks very healthy.
