Pros:
  • Good quality
Cons:
  • Spendy as usual
I splurged this year on bulbs. Most all looked great upon receiving. It's the end of November, but I'd really rather see the sun! I had to plant in containers for now. Must upgrade some sunny planting areas. Got ahead of myself with so many new bulbs. I just hope they all have enough drainage in these planters for now. We'll see!

I received the bulbs. They’re in their maximum sizes. I was tempted to take some scales for scale propagation before planting the bulbs.

Very thrilled

Cons:
I couldn't plant these immediately when they arrived in the fall, and they developed some soft spots that worried me. I planted anyways and hoped for the best. All 3 have emerged this spring and appear to have buds! I'm very thrilled, as one even produced 2 shoots. All appear to be developing buds that I hope will flower. I'm pleasantly surprised, as I've read that these lilies frequently do not emerge the first year or so and can be a bit cumbersome.
