why does this bloom all summer to frost but is not called a rebloomer?

I saw this daylily at another site for much more, so I took a chance and ordered from Holland Bulb Farms. My plants have not come up yet, but they looked very healthy and were well packaged. I was most impressed with their customer service; I needed these plants and others right away as I am a snowbird, and via their very helpful and friendly chat line I was able to get them delivered immediately at no extra cost.

Heslthy roots arrived

All three of the plants arrived with green foliage showing at the top. As I always do on bare root plants, I immediately put the roots in water for a couple of hours to rehydrate them. They noticeably perked up, then potted them up in half container soil and half raised bed soil that is rich in compost. I then watered them with a diluted liquid fertilizer intended for seed starting to give them a little boost. They are outside but not in the ground yet so I can bring them when the temps dip into the low 40s high 30s. They are growing and look very healthy. Can’t wait to see the blooms.
