I was really looking forward to mixing these with my other iris bulbs. They arrived a little later than my other shipments of bulbs for fall planting, there was still time before the freeze but I had already gotten everything else in the ground and was done working outside in the cold, so I decided to pot them up to overwinter in the garage. The bulbs were all good size and healthy. Hopefully in the spring when the ground thaws I will be able to transplant them into the garden with the other iris.

I planted Dutch Iris Mix last year. They are so beautiful, long lasting and not much care required. The last year bulbs are sprouting now, how nice! I add some more Red Ember, I missed this color last year. I believe that it will be the best of all color! Thanks to Holland Bulb Farms for good price and more selection.

I grew the red ember as an experiment last year. I loved them! They're so beautiful and have an unusual color. I planted 100 more for this coming spring.

I love the intensity of the colors and contrast. They bloomed first year nicely.
