These were the first crocus variety in my garden to bloom and while they are a lighter purple than I was expecting, they are so beautiful! Highly recommend

Pros:

Cons:
I love crocus, they are my favorite spring flower, and the rich deep purple color is my absolutely favorite. I ordered these to mix along with the botanical pack so I could get more of my favorite color in there.

* New gardeners take note: squirrels love these bulbs, they are tasty treats and a rare food source in the winter. If squirrels are trying to dig up your bulbs, I recommend covering your planting area with a thin wire mesh for the winter. I also mix with other bulbs squirrels don't like, such as daffodils, hyacinth, and squill. This method works quite well, I haven't lost a single bulb yet, despite having planted right under a tree that is home to a very wily squirrel who always lets me know what he thinks of my gardening. We've come to an understanding now and he is content with the neighborhood acorns.

Healthy corms arrived quickly last fall. Planted en masse. Quick head count says all came up. Mid-April & flowering. Blooming as pictured. Very eye catching.
