I ordered 2 oriental poppy roots ( which already took off with leaves) and 3 tulip types I won’t see till spring. Was not disappointed with the size of the bulbs. Big, clean bulbs. Came when they said for fall.

I have a strong feeling these will bloom this year, excited!

These bloomed in the first spring. The flowers are nice but the stems and leaves flop all over the ground! The stems flop for a foot and then go up in the air for a foot to the bloom. I saw some in the nearby botanical garden and they had the same poor plant form. None of the leaves stand up.

Arrived before frost , so I was able to plant.

Very healthy looking which meant that I could plant all of the order.

I can give report in spring on the bulbs’ growth

I have never grown these before, so not sure exactly what size these should be, but they were in good shape, a little bit of mold on some, but as I ordered these late in the season, it is to be expected. I planted them immediately and will have to wait until next year to see how they fare. I am confident they will grow just fine.
