Out of 5 shipped items this one had only an empty plastic bag (filled with mulch). I reported this to Customer Service and they reshipped it. Now I am grateful and happy to continue taking care of my Wild Swan.
Out of 5 items that arrived, this one only had just an empty bag with mulch, but no bareroot like the others. I called Customer Service and they sent a replacement which came quickly and was well-wrapped. Inside I found the Wild Swan that I had expected and now I will start caring for it.
The replacement for the missing Wild Swan came quickly, is alive, and looks good, for a bareroot.
As of late March in zine 5b, haven’t seen any growth yet. In all fairness cannot give more details at this point.
