These bare roots arrived packaged in a small amount of soil. They quickly sprouted and over the past few weeks have grow into nice sized plants. I cannot wait to see them in bloom!

Ordered several butterfly weed …. Planted in amended soil with lots of sun . All are growing nicely !

My favorite flowers of all time are butterfly weed in blue and orange. They sent me top quality roots. My problem is the squirrels. I have to see how many escape these monsters. If they make it they are just about the most beautiful summer flowers in existence. Squirrels destroyed the one I bought two years ago and made a dent in these. I bout a lot so waiting to see

This plant is thriving and can't wait for it to get bigger and stronger! Waiting for the butterflies to return. And I appreciate Holland sending when the time was right for my zone.

The butterfly weed is growing nicely, but it is not orange. It is a pale pink color, which is disappointing. But the bees and butterflies like them, so as long as they're happy, I'm okay. I was really looking forward to the contrast of the orange against our purple clematis, though.
