HUGE root systems were sent. Planted right away and very happy with their growth.

I received the astilbe roots very quickly after ordering, and got them in the ground right away. I didn't expect to see any real blooms this year but was treated to a small one within a month of planting! The two roots I ordered grew lush leaves almost immediately. I will gladly buy more plants after this experience.

Ordered 2. The leaves on this one came up rather quickly. Will have to wait till next year to see the white plumes. Hopefully they are what I ordered.

Astilbe growing beautifully, haven't bloomed yet, but expected soon.

I think the lack of sun and late planting made my rhizome not have much of a chance last year. Hoping for a great bloom this year since I remedied those problems!
