I ordered these hostas and planted them in late summer and they are growing well already!
I bought two sets for two different areas and planted these in July. In each set of 5 hostas, I've lost one. (I'm hoping the root is still viable so it comes up again next year anyway, but we shall see.) But those that took, took. They're looking pretty good. There's a bug that likes one of the varieties, and it has holes in it. But the others look good. They're just small this year, though, of course. Next year should be lovely!
I bought these during the summer and the roots were small, but the price was decent. They came up and performed well. I am sure they will grow bigger next season. Overall, I am pleased with the hosta.
all six of these sprouted and look like good plants. Northern Colorado.
So far these are starting to bloom which I am so happy to see!!!
