Haven't never tried shallots but excited to see how they taste in cooking fried taters

Rapidly started to grow and are looking fantastic.

These hardy bulbs not only produced for me last year in large quantity--they left me gifts for this year! I found two volunteers after I planted this year's shallots. Very productive, easy to freeze your bounty and more delicate than onions in sauces, I give these plants five green thumbs up!
