Received bulbs that were nice and healthy looking, no rotting or small bulbs. Planted them as instructed. No growth yet as it is too early. Looking forward to seeing their beauty when they grow and bloom.

I know it says start by planting inside but would I be able to plant them in my flower bed right away since it’s still summer? And are these tubbers or bulbs?
