Both groups of bulbs look healthy, but have not been planted. Going to start them indoors.
Upon ordering and quickly receiving large healthy begonia bulbs at an amazing price, we planted them and were pleasantly surprised at how quickly the majority sprouted little buds. Their healthy growth rate is AMAZING! We’re anxiously looking forward to enjoying our colorful hanging baskets of begonias very soon.
I purchased these begonias and their blooms are spectacular. In addition, the bulbs are extremely hardy - they overwintered in Portland Oregon and they were covered by tomato plants in the summer but still bloomed this year.
I planted the bulbs in early March and I am waiting for mid May to move them outside due to the cold nights. They are growing faster than I expected. Looking forward to seeing them flower Some grew faster than others, but looks like they are growing well.
