Pros:
  • pretty
  • strong scent
Cons:
  • not long lasting
I purchased these in Jan, put them in the fridge for weeks and then planted ( zone 8b). They bloomed, but are on short stalks and the blooms lasted maybe 5 days before turning brown and fizzling out. We are also very humid and have received a lot of rain, not sure if that contributed. I will replant them and hope to get a better show next year once they've matured.

Great strong scent, filled my whole patio with fragrance.

Color is likely heavily influenced by environment, and I admit I have terrible luck with salmon colored flowers! The bulbs bloomed beautifully, but the color was a bit off. The scent, however, was spot on. Good quality from HBF!
