Shipping and Handling Info
How we ship: Packages leave our warehouse 1-3 business days after you place your order. Normally we ship via UPS Ground, most orders will take about 3-5 business days after they leave our warehouse for you to receive them. We will email you a UPS tracking number after your order has been shipped.
It is important that you supply us with a physical street address (not a P.O. Box).
*We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii, or anywhere outside the Continental U.S.*

Spring Planting Shipping info: Weather permitting, we begin shipping in March. We must be very careful because flower bulbs, perennials and garden fruits and vegetables can easily freeze if the temperature is too cold; we monitor this on a daily basis.
Fall Planting Shipping info: We begin shipping the fall bulbs in the beginning of September; the indoor growing items like Amaryllis will start shipping at the beginning of October.

1-day and 2-day air delivery services are available, please contact us for a price quote based on your order and location
If you need your bulbs by a specific date you must let us know at least 5 business days in advance for UPS ground shipping
