SHIPPING & HANDLING INFORMATION
How we ship: Normally we ship with UPS, most orders will take about 3-5 business days after they leave our warehouse for you to receive them. We will email you a UPS tracking number after your order has been shipped.
It is important that you supply us with a physical street address (not a P.O. Box).
*We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii*
Spring Planting Shipping info: Weather permitting, we begin shipping at the end of February. We must be very careful because flower bulbs, perennials and garden fruits and vegetables can easily freeze if the temperature is too cold; we monitor this on a daily basis.
Fall Planting Shipping info: We begin shipping the fall bulbs in the beginning of September; the indoor growing items like Amaryllis will start shipping at the beginning of October.

We are currently taking pre-orders on all spring bulbs. Orders will be shipped in Mid-March and will be shipped in a first in, first out fashion, regardless of planting zone. Gift shop orders ship every Friday.
