Shipping and Handling Info
How we ship: Pre-orders for spring planted bulbs begins in January. We will begin shipping pre-orders in mid-March according to Hardiness Zones in the sequence in which they were received.
Normally we ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, and most orders will take about 3-5 business days after they leave our warehouse for you to receive them. We will email you a UPS tracking number after your order has been shipped.
It is important that you supply us with a physical street address (not a P.O. Box).
*We cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii, or anywhere outside the Continental U.S.*

Fall Planting Shipping info: We typically begin accepting pre-orders for fall planted items in early June. Once our products are received from Holland and our warehouse is reset for the fall shipping season (approximately mid-September), we begin shipping these fall bulbs, starting with the pre-orders. Once our warehouse has fulfilled all of our pre-orders, we begin shipping current orders within a 3-5 business day turnaround time. Indoor growing items (such as amaryllis) begin shipping in late October.

Spring Planting Shipping info: Weather permitting, we begin shipping in March. We must be very careful because flower bulbs, perennials and garden fruits and vegetables can easily freeze if the temperature is too cold; we monitor this on a daily basis.
If you need your bulbs shipped earlier or later than listed above please contact customer service at 1-800-689-2852.
1-day and 2-day air delivery services are available, please contact us for a price quote based on your order and location.
If you need your bulbs by a specific date you must let us know at least 5 business days in advance for UPS ground shipping. We cannot guarantee the shipment of spring bulbs before March 15, 2013 in exception to Begonias, Caladiums and Seeds.
