Camassia quamash, also called Camas Lily or Wild Hyacinth, and its taller sister Camassia leichtlinii ("Caerulea") are too beautiful to stay unknown any longer. Both are mullein-like plants of which Camassia quamash is the smallest one with deep blue starry flowers. Lovely along the edge of a pond or in a flower meadow.
Perennial in Zones 3 - 8. Camassia quamash bulb size 5/6 cm. This item willl Bloom/Grow Late Spring 2011.
