Oblong deep blue to purple skin with blue & white flesh. Color slightly fades when boiled. To plant: Cut potatoes so that each piece contains 1-3 eyes. Plant with eyes facing upwards, in rows approximately 24" apart. When sprouts are 6" high, hill up the soil around them to 6" high and 24" wide.
